Rosè vintage 2021 is a fresh and light wine, with a pleasant fruity aroma and fluttering style. The aroma is dominated by berries (raspberries, currants) with few herbal tones. Plavac mali delights the palate gently, and the flutter and light drinkability come from Syrah.
Gastronomy recommendation: Rosè from Plavac Mali from Komarna can be drunk as an aperitif or with lighter appetizers, such as risotto with asparagus. It is served at a temperature of 10° to 12° C degrees.
