Refined wine for the most refined tastes because it indicates elegance, layering and complexity. The barrique that can be felt both on the nose and on the palate is not just an additional aroma, but literally every fruit and herbal note is permeated with the barrique. It has a full, compact, vivid ruby color with a well-expressed lasting warm aroma, in which there is a lot of berry fruit and Mediterranean maquis. The high concentration of alcohol is completely integrated into the aroma of the wine and does not stand out even a little. A wine of this structure requires warmth in order for the distinctive varietal recognition to come to the fore.
Gastronomy recommendation: more mature and aromatic cheeses, white and blue fish from gradel, brudet, well-seasoned dark meat and dark poultry dishes, game specialties.
Serve at a temperature of 18° to 20° C.
