Brocco Prestige Brut

Natural sparkling wine BROCCO PRESTIGE – brut contains up to 15 g/L of unfermented sugar. Harmonious, fresh, delicate sparkling wine, elegant on the nose, nice acidity, pleasant duration. Its mouth-tickling bubbles beg for more, and even more the aftertaste it leaves in your mouth. It is full of citrus, lemon, quince, green apple. In addition, it is characterized by a distinct minerality, freshness, dryness with a very rich fine beading and a fine aftertaste.
Aging potential in the bottle: 5 years and more.

Gastronomy recommendation: wine is served as an aperitif – a welcome drink. We recommend its consumption with oysters, pasta with cream and truffles, for a company that wants to taste something lively and, above all, refreshing. It is ideally combined with seafood, chicken and turkey dishes, even with breast milk, and only with cakes and fresh fruit.
