The wine is produced from the pure Blatina variety from Dubrava (Međugorje), from red soils. Refined wine for the most refined tastes because it indicates elegance, layering and complexity. The barrique that can be felt on the nose and palate is not just an additional aroma, but literally every fruity and herbal note is permeated with the barrique. It has a full, compact, vivid ruby color with a well-expressed lasting warm aroma, in which there is a lot of berry fruit and Mediterranean maquis. The high concentration of alcohol is fully incorporated
in the aroma of the wine and it is not felt at all, it gives it sweetness. A wine of this structure requires warmth in order for the distinctive varietal recognition to come to the fore.
Gastronomy recommendation: it goes perfectly with spicier and more mature cheeses, with fish, prosciutto, dried beef, roasts, spicier and seasoned red meat dishes, game, brudet, fish stew.
Serve at a temperature of 20° to 22° C.
