Hercego Plavac Vintage 2018

Ruby color, good viscosity, finely expressed typical varietal aroma, pleasant and long-lasting. Aromas of cherry, sour cherry, plum, fruit candies are visible. Dry, bitter, slightly astringent, medium-bodied.

Gastronomy recommendation: mature cheeses, prosciutto, white and blue fish from gradel, brudet, well-seasoned dark meat and dark poultry dishes.

Serving temperature: 18-20° C.
