The harmonious and full taste is accompanied by the pleasant freshness of citrus and fruit notes. The slightly fruity taste, often reminiscent of watermelon, strawberry and raspberry, is accompanied by the scent of violet, cyclamen and rose.

Gastronomy recommendation: light summer food, slightly stronger salads, shrimp, white meat, simple pasta, fresh cheeses, fish.
Serve at a temperature of 18° to 20° C.
