The wine has a pleasant freshness and warmth, which the freshness completely controls. While the evident fruitiness gives it softness, the dryness is only seemingly in the background, but it gains elegance.
Gastronomy recommendation: clams, shrimp, white and blue fish from gradel, cheese, prosciutto, roast veal, lamb on a spit.
Serve at a temperature of 10° to 12° C.
