Kameno Vintage 2021

It is characterized by a bright, yellow-green color, excellent viscosity and consistency. On the nose, there is a very interesting combination of notes of dryness and minerality. Nutty aromas rise above ripe peaches and melons, while a lively citrus note extends throughout the bouquet. The wine offers a non-uniform variety, innate minerality, ripe Mediterranean fruitiness. In the mouth it is fleshy, round, full and compact.

Gastronomy recommendation: cheese, prosciutto, seafood, shrimp, pasta, mushrooms, white and blue fish, poultry, roast veal, lamb.

Serve at a temperature of 10° to 12° C.
