Romanca Vintage 2021

The wine is dark ruby red, medium thick, delicious, with aromas of ripe fruit, currants, blackberries and herbs. Due to the proanthocyanid content, if drunk in moderate quantities, it reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases, because proanthocyanidins promote circulation and have a therapeutic effect on varicose veins, fragile capillaries and hemorrhoids, and due to the low sugar content, it restores strength to exhausted people.

Gastronomy recommendation: spicier and more mature cheeses, prosciutto, white and blue fish from gradel, brudet, well-seasoned dark meat and dark poultry dishes, goulash.
