Wine with 13,5% alcohol, pronounced dark red color, rich in structure and fruit, is the result of maceration for a little over twenty days and one year of aging in Slavonian and Hungarian oak, in a combination of old oak barrels and barrique barrels that have been used many times.

The Trnjak variety is an autochthonous variety of Herzegovina, which was unfairly neglected. It has been planted since ancient times, but only to serve as a pollinator of Blatina, but Trnjak conquers the wine scene and the palate of true wine lovers in style.

Gastronomy recommendation: it is an ideal combination with spicy cheeses, prosciutto, grilled fish, roast veal, pork, steaks, skewered lamb, more spicy dishes, brudet.

Serve at a temperature of 18 to 20° C.
