Dark ruby red color, very good consistency. An abundance of spicy and barrel notes mark the first scent. It opens more slowly. After a few minutes, the fruitiness of cherries and sour cherries emerges, then forest fruits. The taste is excellent, very rich, extremely dense, drinkable. The aftertaste is excellent, delicious and long-lasting. After a few minutes, the wine is fully opened. Aromas of plums, jam, chocolate, tobacco and mint penetrate. Excellent barrique influence. The finish is sweet and spicy, spicy.
Gastronomy recommendation: goes well with prosciutto, dried beef, roasts, piquant and spicy red meat dishes, game, brudet and fish stew.
Serve at a temperature of 18° to 20° C.
