Wine has a pronounced viscosity and a rich and deep golden color. Ripe scents of peach, pear and tropical fruit are mixed with aromas of vanilla, caramel and smoke. A very delicious, rounded and complex wine.
Gastronomy recommendation: it goes best with cheese, prosciutto, shellfish, shrimp, white and blue fish, poultry, roast veal, lamb.
Serve at a temperature of 12° to 14° C.
