It is characterized by a straw-yellow color with a greenish, crystal clear, dense background. The fragrance is rich in floral aromas such as meadow flowers and roses, and has admixtures of herbs, citrus and aromatic herbs. The taste is a combination of strength, freshness, aromaticity. Strong wine, very good consistency, gentle bitterness which is a characteristic of the variety and at the same time a delicious taste of alcohol, it warms.
Gastronomy recommendation: cheese, prosciutto, shellfish, shrimp, pasta, white and blue fish, poultry, roast veal, lamb.
Serve at a temperature of 10° to 12° C.
